Situated in the heart of Wells, yet only a short stroll from the quayside, Orchard House is the ideal base for a North Norfolk holiday.
Sleeping up to seven, the house is comfortable and well equipped with electric central heating. With south facing enclosed gardens, a relaxed afternoon "at home" is possible after a morning out on Wells beach or "gillying" for crabs in the harbour. With a private drive and car parking adjacent to the house, it is easy to unload holiday belongings. There is a village shop and a pub (The Bowling Green) serving good food a little further down the same street. A small lane leads up to the central community area "The Butts".
